Innovative functionality.

The search for pioneering innovations is the driving force for the BMW engineers. With functions such as BMW Gesture Control, BMW Laserlight or Remote Control Parking, they are setting further future-orientated standards in the BMW 7 Series. In addition, with BMW Touch Command, a tablet for controlling key functions has been integrated into a BMW vehicle for the first time.

The BMW 7 Series extends typical BMW driving pleasure to include the enjoyment of being driven. Passengers who occupy the luxurious seats in the rear enjoy a generous amount of space. While the active chassis technology of the Executive Drive Pro option offers a driving experience of unrestricted comfort and dynamics in every situation, the features of the Ambient light design and innovative comfort and entertainment functions ensure a supreme level of relaxed travelling pleasure.

The BMW 730d with TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder diesel engine from the new generation of BMW EfficientDynamics engines displays commanding driving performance and low fuel consumption. It delivers an impressive torque of 620 Nm and a maximum output of 195 kW (265 hp). The combined fuel consumption rate is just 4.9 to 4.5 litres per 100 km (5.2 to 4.8 litres per 100 km with xDrive), with low average CO2 emissions of 129 to 119 g/km (137 to 127 g/km with xDrive). Equipped with this engine, the BMW 730d takes just 6.1 seconds for the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (5.8 seconds with xDrive) and reaches a top speed of 250 km/h.
